See how it worksRank1Local's initial Temecula beta test is being offered directly to local businesses in 3 categories: HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing. Businesses in these categories are contacted first because Temecula's leaderboard is already live and positions are being actively bid on.
Sample Outreach Message
"You're currently ranked #4 for Temecula HVAC. ABC Heating paid $214 and took #1. You can take #1 for $219."
This message reflects the exact ranking and bid data displayed on the public leaderboard at the time of contact. Figures cited in outreach are not estimated or generalized.
During the Temecula beta, Rank1Local records rebid frequency, response time to outbid notifications, and competitive bidding behavior within each participating category. This data is used to validate and refine the Quality × Bid scoring model before it is extended to additional SoCal markets. Participating businesses may request a summary of their own rebid and ranking history at any time by contacting the claims desk.
Rank1Local's cold-outreach scripts, including the sample message above, are sent only when every business referenced by name is a real, enrolled advertiser with a disclosed ranking position on the applicable public leaderboard at the time of contact. Ranking positions, bid amounts, and business names cited in outreach are not estimated, generalized, or fabricated for effect.
Categories that have not yet reached three or more enrolled advertisers are not eligible for competitive outreach of this kind. Businesses in those categories are instead contacted under Rank1Local's beta-invitation program, which is disclosed as such and does not reference competitor names, rankings, or bid figures. Full detail on outreach practices is available in Rank1Local's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Advertiser Agreement.
Reach the claims desk directly — ideal for businesses already in an active bidding war or watching a rank slip in real time.
